Abigail is the Executive Director for Latinos for a Secure Retirement in Washington D.C. where she leads a coalition of Latino organizations to protect Social Security, strengthen Medicare and increase pension access and financial literacy to Latinos of all ages.

Ms. Melchert is a petroleum engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector including exploration and production, commercial field operations, research and development, and domestic and international policy development [Latin America].
Captain Jordan A. Shontz
In 2018, Captain Shontz was assigned to Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. where he currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Military Science and Battalion Operations Officer and is pursuing a Masters of Arts in International Business and Policy.
